Up until now.
This week, I began to crave a Caprese Salad.
Rather than running to the nearest Italian restaurant (which is what I 110% would have done), I manned up
and MADE one myself!

I think the colors are wonderful.
And the basil smelled fresh and sharp.

It’s just so pretty and yummy.

Craving?
Satisfied.
My desire to cook?
Sparked.
