I absolutely love long weekends. Come on, who doesn’t besides those that didn’t get Monday off?   Anyway, this past weekend was extra special since not only did it include President’s Day, it also included Valentine’s Day/Singles Awareness Day (S.A.D) as well. Whoohoo!
