So i’m eating a very late night dinner last night in front of the boob tube.  I’m doing my usual channel surfing until i hit on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show.  Right then he is introducing his musical guest for the night and it is none other than PRISCILLA AHN!  This struck me by complete surprise because I had no idea that she was famous enough to be on Leno.  I mean …. WOW!

I don’t quite recall how I stumbled upon Ms. Ahn’s myspace page last fall but I do know that as soon as i heard her songs, i was mesmerized.  Her voice is THAT GOOD.  Then when i found out that she was half Korean, my love was cemented.  hahaha.  Her songs have been a regular on my mp3 playlist ever since. 

So yah, when i saw her up on the big stage of the Tonite Show, i was very proud of her!  I mean i don’t know her or anything but seeing her going from obscurity to being on national television must’ve been an exhilerating experience.  Orginally from a small town in Pennsylvania, she moved out to Los Angeles right after high school.  You could tell that she was really nervous but damn….she was GOOD.  Anyway, her album dropped 2 days ago so be sure to check it out!  Here’s a clip of one of her live shows.
