Do you know which jam gets me pumped up every time I hear it in the clubs? No, it’s not Lady Gaga’s “JUST DANCE” or Akon’s “BEAUTIFUL”. It’s always FM’s “GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR”!

This has got to be the best single FM has ever released since they first debuted in 2006. Sure, I enjoyed their other singles such as “ROUND ROUND”, “YOU’VE GOT A FRIEND”, and “LOWRIDIN’”, but “GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR” is hands down the best club hit out right now.

If you don’t know who FM is, they are known as “The Far-east Movement” consisting of Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif, and DJ Virman.

I’ve had the pleasure to meet the guys at their website release party hosted at Cabana Club a year ago. I have to say they are the most down to earth and hard working dudes in the industry. Their music shows for it and their humongous fan base is evident.

That’s why we need to help them out so they can get their latest single “GIRLS ON THE DANCE FLOOR” out there with more radio airplay as well as promotions. After all, it’s not everyday that Asian American artists are on the radio and when they are, we should give them our support and be part of the “movement”.
